Returned Packages: If a package is returned due to an insufficient address, the customer must pay a $15 reshipment fee before it is resent.

Orders can be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Items must be new, unused and include all accessories, inserts, and original tags. All returns are subject to inspection.

Items marked as “Clearance” or part of the clearance collection.

Products sold at significantly discounted prices (e.g., flash sales).

Other exclusions as specified at the time of purchase.

Refund Process:

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7-10 days after we receive your return.

It may take an additional 7-10 days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Online Purchases & Return Shipping:

In-Transit Products: Items marked as "in transit" are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. However, we offer a prepaid return label for domestic orders for $15, which will be deducted from your refund. This option is available for U.S. orders only.

If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the shipping costs.
